Kitchen Faucets
To find a faucet that works with your kitchen sink, you need to:
- Determine the number of holes in your sink using the pictures and descriptions below.
- If your sink has 3 or 4 holes, determine the space between the holes.

A 3-hole sink is very common. The faucet generally has a plate which covers the three holes (called an escutcheon or deck plate). Most three hole kitchen faucets with a deck plate are designed for an 8" installation.
Examples of 3-hole sink faucets:
  
 
IMPORTANT NOTE! Sinks generally come in one of three configurations listed at the right. Often the holes are covered by the faucet. You will need to measure the width between the outer holes or estimate by measuring the width of the deck plate.

A 4-hole sink is the most common. The faucet generally is like a 3-hole faucet (see above), with the addition of a soap dispenser or sprayer.

A 1-hole sink only has a single hole faucet. There is no escutcheon or deck plate. There are no accessories.

A 2-hole sink usually has one hole with a single-hole faucet, and a second hole with an accessory, such as a sprayer or soap dispenser. This may also be a bar or prep sink.

All parts and finishes of the Delta faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. Delta recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair.
Delta will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.
