Pre Installation Kit INCLUDED:
The purpose of the pre-installation kit is to allow for the Plumbers to have the bottom half of the floor risers installed and proceed with flooring to be laid. It also allows for a pre test to make sure there are no leaks within the application. Another feature will allow for unforeseen errors in the case that the floor risers ordered are too short, where now you have the option of just changing the top half of the tubes without having to rip out the existing floor. (included with the kit 2 esctcheons, 2 test caps, 4 brass floor flanges, 1 4"x9" plate with 6" centre and 2 10" tubes with 1/2" or 3/4" sweat nipple or cut off nipple)

1 year on cast iron baths
Any parts proven defective by inspection in material or workmanship, and have not been subject to abusive treatment or faulty installation will be replaced but with no allowance for labour other expenses or losses. This warranty and limit of liability are exclusive. No other warranty expressed or implied is made of any other responsibility, ecpressed or assumed.
